Step 1 - Choose your band

Most people will find this part the most fun as you get to listen to the demos and watch the videos of all the fantastic music available to you and then make your choice based on your favourite.
If you haven't already, you can meet our bands by clicking here

If you get stuck and aren't sure which to go for, we've put together some information to help you decide here: Help choosing the right music
Alternatively, there are some great packages available which we've found most popular for people who require more than one band for their day. Click here to read more.

Step 2 - Make an enquiry

Once you've chosen which band(s) you would like, you simply fill in the enquiry form and we will offer you a free no-obligation quote based on your choice.

We'll also send you a copy of our terms of booking which includes all the information and terms that will be outlined in any contract that Dougie's Music issue.

Step 3 - Finer details

Once you've confirmed you're happy with the quote, we'll get in touch to discuss the finer details of the event like timings, logistics, first dance requests etc.

This will then enable us to draw up the contract.

Step 4 - Sign the contract

Once all the finer details are confirmed and you wish to go ahead with the booking, we will send a contract to you for signing.

We use echosign (online global signature service) so there'll be no need for you to worry about posting anything back to us, you simply click to sign and copies will be automatically emailed to both parties.

Step 5 - Pay the deposit

Once you've signed the contract, you'll have 7 days to pay the 15% deposit to secure the booking.

Step 6 - Pay the final balance

The final balance must be paid by the final payment deadline which will be outlined in the contract.

Any extras that have been added since the contract being signed and deposit paid will also need to be paid for by this deadline.

Step 7 - Enjoy the show!

That's it! The reason we have a payment in advance policy is so that you aren't worrying about paying the band on the day – you can just get on and enjoy the show knowing that it's all sorted.
